  For sub-processors located in the US, transfers are covered by the UK-US Data Bridge adequacy decision where the sub-processor is enrolled, or by a UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA) where the Data Bridge does not apply. For sub-processors in the EEA, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Further detail on international transfer safeguards is set out in Section 9 of our Data Processing Agreement.
